BLS International constantly strives to offer a range of high-end services to enhance customer satisfaction. As part of our constant and ongoing endeavour to add value to your experience we offer optional services designed to make the process easy and effortless. Clients who wish to avail of the optional services will have to pay an extra fee in addition to the convenience fee.

Free VAS

1. Home delivery of passport and other documentation by express courier, at the request of the Office, for persons with reduced mobility or disabilities
2. Verification of the authenticity of the documentation submitted by the user (only at the request of the Office in relation to a specific application and only for the documentation indicated by the Office), to be carried out within a maximum of 30 days
3. Equipment of the proposed VACs (outside the one located in the city where the Office is located) with a video interview system of users
4. Official translation of all documents necessary for the submission of the application, where required
5. Guided and assisted completion of the application form over the phone
6. Guided and assisted completion of the application form in the VAC
7. SMS Application Status Tracking
8. Photocopies of all necessary documents at the VAC, where requested by the user
9. Photograph taken in the VAC for the application form
