Dear Applicants,
Malian citizens applying for an Italian Long-Term Visa under the Nulla Osta Work or Nulla Osta Family Reunion categories must book their appointments through the dedicated link below.

Please follow these steps carefully:
1. Click on the appointment booking link provided above.
2. Under “Purpose of Travel,” select the appropriate category:
* Mali – Work for Nulla Osta Work visa applications.
* Mali – Family Reunion for Nulla Osta Family Reunion visa applications.
3. The “Country” field will automatically display Mali.
4. Under “Application Office,” select Bamako.
5. Select the appropriate Service Type and the number of applicants.
6. Complete the remaining steps to proceed with your appointment booking.

Legalization slots in Bamako
Following the new provisions relating to legalizations, we inform our customers that slots dedicated to legalizations are now open in Bamako from 09/12/2025.
We invite you to reserve your slot online before coming to the center.

Dear applicants,
We would like to inform you that from October 16, the BLS agency will be able to accept powers of attorney for the submission of family reunification applications with Nulla Osta. As for Italian citizens, the power of attorney must be given to a member of the same family.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO AUTHORISE A RELATIVE OF THE FAMILY (IN THE CASE OF MINORS) ONLY IN THE CASE OF A VISA FOR FAMILY REUNIFICATION WITH EU CITIZENS. The documents to be submitted:

• Declaration of the Italian parent with signature authenticated by the Municipality of residence in Italy or self-certification made by the Italian parent in which a relative is authorized to accompany the applicant minor.

• Proof of family relationship with the person authorised to accompany (birth certificate, family status...)
