The appointment must be booked only by the applicant. Therefore, payment of the BLS fee must be made by the applicant himself. Appointments reserved by third parties will not be accepted.

From 1st of March 2024, only the applicant can enter the visa application centre to submit the application and the return of passports will only be given to the applicants. No 3rd party submissions or collections will be allowed

IT IS POSSIBLE TO AUTHORISE A RELATIVE OF THE FAMILY (IN THE CASE OF MINORS) ONLY IN THE CASE OF A VISA FOR FAMILY REUNIFICATION WITH EU CITIZENS. The documents to be submitted:

• Declaration of the Italian parent with signature authenticated by the Municipality of residence in Italy or self-certification made by the Italian parent in which a relative is authorized to accompany the applicant minor.

• Proof of family relationship with the person authorised to accompany (birth certificate, family status...)
