Appointment Process

Applicants are required to send an email to the dedicated email address of their respective BLS Centre:

Douala:

Applicants will be contacted by the BLS team regarding the next steps based on their student category and applicable process.

Student Categories

Please note: The Nursing category and Medical (Italian Language) category are currently closed. Applicants under these categories should not send appointment requests.

Applicants must carefully select the correct category according to their supporting documents:

1. Normal Student: Only those with completed pre-registration (admitted without reservation by the faculties) will be accepted.

Appointment confirmation will be provided by email, subject to availability and on a First Come, First Served basis.

2. Master's Student – Scholarship Letter
Applicants with a valid Scholarship Letter should select this category. The BLS team will verify the details and contact eligible applicants regarding the next steps.

3. Medical Student – English Language
Applicants applying under the Medical Student category should select this category. The BLS team will verify the details and contact eligible applicants regarding the next steps.

• Sending an email does NOT mean that an appointment has been booked or confirmed.
• Applicants will receive further communication from the BLS team regarding their application/appointment.
• Applicants are requested not to visit or gather outside the BLS Centre for appointment purposes without receiving the relevant communication from BLS.
• Please ensure that the correct student category is selected and that all information provided is accurate.
• Appointment availability is limited and requests will be processed according to the applicable process.

Processing time for Schengen visa applications:
The minimum processing time is 3 weeks from the date the application is submitted to the embassy.

BLS International advises visa applicants to exercise caution and vigilance regarding the following points:

Our staff never ask visa applicants to make cash payments or any other form of payment to obtain an appointment, expedite the visa application process, secure an earlier appointment, or influence decision-making.

We do not recommend any direct payments into personal bank accounts.

Always request a receipt for optional value-added services available at our center.

The decision regarding visa applications is made solely by the competent authorities, and BLS International has no role or influence in this process. If you receive such a request (in writing or verbally), please report it immediately by completing the complaint form or by sending an email to antifraud@blsinternational.net.

Be cautious of intermediaries selling visa appointments under the name of BLS International or individually outside our center. Please refrain from purchasing appointments through a third party: this is a fraudulent practice that BLS International strongly condemns. As a responsible service provider, we make every effort to inform applicants to be wary of fraudulent intermediaries charging fees to clients for appointment bookings.
